It has been a few months that labour law is affected by a reform that substantially changes the institutions in charge, such as the inability of the employer to change the tasks and duties of the worker, if not with others on equivalent level, or restores in the event of unlawful dismissal. Although the field is accustomed to legislative news, the one made by the Jobs Act is shaking it deeply. The work law is in fact a dynamic law, but it is also anchored to some key principles that have been essential for a long time.
