- Assistance and advice since the company initial phase, negotiation, writing and conclusion of instruments of incorporation, statutes, shareholders' agreements and agreements between shareholders; as well drafting agreements of consortia, associations in participation, temporary associations of companies and joint ventures.
- Assistance and consultancy in the ordinary administration phase of the company, with the evaluation, analysis, management and resolution of every business related problem, inter alia, contracts, external relations with customers, suppliers and lenders. At this stage, the Firm also advices on the examination and drafting of any act issued by internal corporate bodies (e.g., records of shareholders' and / or boards of directors' and / or executive committees' meetings).
- Corporate M & A activities and management of the extraordinary administration phases of the company with the analysis and management of each special transaction on share capital, purchases, join ventures, scissions, companies and / or business units transfer and examination, negotiation, drafting and conclusion of any act, document and / or contract and management of the related company assets of due diligence.
- Assistance and consultancy in the phase of dissolution of the company, with the management of the voluntary severance pay and/or insolvency procedures of the same;
- Assistance and advice in favor of companies in a state of crisis, with expertise in the management of agreements and bankruptcy proceedings.

Extrajudicial and judicial activities (contract, sales, compensation for damages, defamation even by press, liability actions, leases and condominium, debt collection, execution of securities and real estate), advice and assistance regarding the application of Legislative Decree n° 196/2003 (legislation to protect privacy).

- Assistance and legal representation of companies in pre-bankruptcy phase and controversy of the various insolvency procedures.
- Advice and legal assistance in the administration procedures.
- Representation of companies and banks which revocatory action has been carried on.
