Dismissal for private use of corporate accounts

The European Court of Human Rights in the judgment on 12th January in the case Barbulescu vs Romania ruled that employers can control the use that the employees make of the company corporate accounts, arguing that there is no violation of the right to privacy.
Not only that, employers can also fire the employee if the latter use of corporate accounts for personal use.
