NON COMPETITION AGREEMENT FLAG WINS THANKS TO FAVA&ASSOCIATI

Milan, 2th October 2014 – At the hearing of the case Flag S.p.A./ex Sales Director on non-competition agreement, the Labour Court Judge of Bergamo has entirely accepted the defensive line of Studio Fava&Associati and issued judgment favorable to the company Flag S.p.A, assisted by the latter.
Studio Fava&Associati succeeded in demonstrating the breach of the non-competition agreement by the former Flag S.p.A employee and condemned the latter to refund Flag S.p.A. as for the contract clause together with all the legal fees of the counterparty.
