New rules for determining the "weight" of the Trade Unions and make payable collective agreements

On January 10th, the CGIL, CISL, UIL and Confindustria have ratified the Rules on representation and union democracy that makes operating the Agreement of 31st May 2013, considered, almost unanimously - but perhaps in too emphatic - an epochal shift in how tense the change of the industrial relations from "antagonistic" thus becomes "investments" and modern.
