JOBS ACT/Public workers’dismissals, the law that Prime Minister Renzi "cannot see"

As if the polemics and following controversies in recent months around the contents of the Jobs Act were not enough, here is a new one regarding the implementation of new rules to public sector employment.

Minister Madia has in many occasions underlined that the Government has never intended to extend the Jobs Act to the Public Administration and that, as public workers are concerned, it will continue to be applied to the protection of reinstatement in the event of unlawful disciplinary dismissal
