JOBS ACT / The "Threshold 30" that can grow the business in Italy

After the approval by the Chamber, it is consolidating the regulatory framework of the jobs act through the latter stages envisaged by the parliamentary process.

However, the game is still to be played, as a good part of the operation of the law remains anchored to the implementing decrees, especially for what concerns the flexibility in output and reformulation of art. 18. It is in fact known that the measures taken to limit the uncertainties of interpretation, especially as regards the disciplinary dismissals, still remain to be detailed in the first decree.
