JOBS ACT/ Cgil, failure in attempting “to saw the legs from under” Renzi

It is of a few days ago the news that the Cgil, following a variety of other applications on the same subject, submitted under consideration by the Eu Court of Justice Law No 78, better known as Jobs Act. When cold it may be interesting to examine whether the action in question has only one aim of political disorder, or enjoy some legal basis.
