Confer: Fornero’s rite and compatibility of the judge in the interlocutory phase and opposition

Fornero’s Law (law n. 92/2012) had introduced a special rite regarding articulated work in the first instance judgment, this was divided into two phases; the first, necessary, marked by a brief cognition, and a second, eventual, of opposition following the structure of the judgement of merit "ordinary". The objective of the reform was to speed up decisions on work; therefore the first phase involves a summary statement of the case ending with an Ordinance, immediately enforceable, granting or rejection of the application.
