The certification of contracts: how much is it really useful?

Since their establishment with the Biagi Reform, the qualifications and role of the boards of certification have been progressively growing and widening, embracing today many aspects of the regulation of labour relations (self-employed and parasubordinate, tenders, jobs, disclaimers and transactions, resignation and consensual resolutions).

The function of the Commission is to certify the will of the parties to express themselves within the contractual agreements as the relation that binds or will bind the same.

This is obviously quite different from a definitory judgment on the qualification of the employment relation, judgement reserved by our system exclusively to the Labour Court.
