ARTICLE 18/permanent contracts and Government

The Government amends the jobs act, namely art. 4, where it is expected to examine delegation the reorganization of the contractual forms. The amendment was presented to the Senate Labour Committee and the following is the result announced after a meeting of the majority to untie the current knots of the reorganization of the contractual arrangements, in particular on yet another reform of art. 18: permanent contract.
