Jobs Act / Voucher, Anpal, Leaves: the "own goals" of the new rules

The field of labour law does not cease to be boosted by new rules in order to streamline and improve labour market and industrial relations.
The primary intent of the Jobs Act is to promote employment flexibility and the permanent contract as a form of main hiring contract. It is also implemented through the reorganization of the types of contracts and the elimination of job sharing, joint venture and coordinated and continuous collaboration, providing - we hope – a better way of hiring new resources with permanent contracts and allowing to unmask the false VAT numbers and project contracts.
