JOBS ACT/1. The “blunders" of co.co.pro (project contract), apprenticeship and duties

After errors, oversights and unclear contents, the implementing decrees have been approved by the Council of Ministers. Let's analise the elements that, starting from tomorrow, will be part of the new structure on which the Commission intends to set up the labour market in Italy. For a start there is an anomaly on the application of the increasing safeguards contract, where there is a clause regarding the extension in the case of "conversion" of the contract of apprenticeship into permanent contract.
