Nestle ', Rossana candy back Italian - Nestle' Group signed a preliminary agreement for the sale to Fida of the business relating to the Perugina candies

Milan, 8th June 2016 – The legal firm Fava & Associati has assisted Nestlé Group in the sale to Fida S.p.A. of the business relating to Rossana brand candies, Fluxes, Glacia, Fruttallegre, Lemoncella and Spicchi. The Team of Legal Firm Fava, involved in the M&A, was led by Lawyer Gabriele Fava and his partners Lawyer Roberto Parruccini and Emanuele Licciardi.
New course for historic Perugina candies born almost 100 years ago, including Rossana, beloved by generations of Italians, Nestlé 'chose the proposal submitted by the Asti company, which operates exclusively in the candy industry since 1973, known for brands such as Bonelle, Sanagola, Charms, Drops, Tenderness, Gnammy and Irresistible.
