Expert in labour law and Partner in the law firm Fava & Associates, specialised in labour law, Trade Union and industrial relations. He is the author of publications on labour in the journals “Il Manuale Pratico del Personale” (“The Practical Handbook of Personnel”) “Giurista del Lavoro” (“Labour jurist”). He also collaborates with the lawyer Gabriele Fava to the writing of books, articles and editorial projects on labour law such as “Le Nuove forme di mobilità del Lavoro” (“The New Forms of Mobility of Labour”), “Licenziamenti individuali” ("Individual dismissals") and “Potere disciplinare” ("Disciplinary power") published by “Ipsoa”.He also participates as a lecturer at numerous conferences and master as the "Master of Law & Company" and the "Master in Human Resources" of the financial newspaper “Il Sole 24 Ore".
