The reform "Fornero" aims to create a dynamic labor market, flexible and inclusive, able to contribute to the growth and the creation of quality jobs, boosting the competitiveness of enterprises through improved flexibility in input and output.
BUT IS THIS THE REAL RESULT?
The changes introduced are many, important and relate to the companies and workers: impact on employment contracts, the rules and the consequences of the redundancies, as well as on social safety nets. The meeting will take stock of the situation, analyzing the changes introduced relating to contracts and flexible, the project workers and VAT numbers. Will analyze the consequences of the new unfair dismissal as a result of the amendment of art. 18 (governing compensation and the reintroduction of compulsory conciliation attempt to reduce the time of trial of labor), the total reform of social safety nets, both in consistency (CIG and CIGS) that the termination of the employment contract.
