JOBS ACT/The "holes" that affect the optimism of Poletti

The Labour Minister Giuliano Poletti appears overly optimistic in his first comments on the Delegated Decree regarding the safeguard and benefit contract included in the Jobs Act, that is awaiting the favourable opinion of the Chambers.

Labour Minister Poletti, during some interventions in recent conventions, stated that "there will be a highly significant transition to permanent contracts, for both new hires and for those who did not have stable contracts … we expect a major change of pace from this point of view”; in addition to this the Minister assures that, speaking of the possible market recovery, "the months of April, May and June will report an upturn in the labour market".
