Jobs Act: Remote supervision and privacy

Art. 4 of L. 300/1970 (Workers' Statute) recently modified by art. 23 of D.LGS. 15th September 2015 n. 15.
The new law on audiovisual equipment and other instruments of control updates the legislation contained in art. 4 of Workers’ Statute dated 1970.
