Jobs Act: a false pretence of labour reform?

Labour market reform has been mentioned a lot in recent times but, in the light of the employment indicators, in a decidedly incorrect and short-sighted manner.

The latest legislative action taken by the Jobs Act has not solved the problem of the labour market and is nowhere in sight in the near future a concrete prospect for improvement.
Were recently released by Inps Istituto Nazionale Previdenza Sociale (National Social Security Service) data on employment contracts which show, in February 2016, a slowdown overall hiring freeze.
The decline is due primarily to the reduction in permanent contracts.
