Article18/What changes with Renzi’s reform?

Article 18 of the Workers' Statute – Forecasts
 Article 18 of the Workers' Statute is nowadays, as it has recently been, at the center of political discussions and disputes about yet another labour reform: Renzi's
 Workers' Statute, dated 20th May 1970, n. 300, contains a set of rules "for the protection of the freedom and dignity of workers, freedom of association and trade union activities in the workplace."
Article 18 is part of “Section II - Of the Freedom of Association” and disciplines unfair dismissals. The same was modified in 2012 with Fornero’s reform (Law 92/2012).
