Actionable the intimation to the payment of excise duties

The Provincial Tax Court of Trieste, with the Decree 209/02/2016, filed last 25th August, considered admissible the action brought against an act to give notice and notice to excise duty payment is issued by the Customs Agency, placing the suspension on presentation of suitable guarantee.
